I attempted to obtain information about why I can only download transactions in OFX format, and I was informed that they were unaware of the web page. They were also unable to direct me to someone who could assist. I doubt I would choose this bank if they lack access to their web developers.

The worst credit card ever! You make a payment, and even if it has cleared your bank, you have to wait 10 business days after the payment has cleared to use the available credit posted online and over the phone. The credit card representative supervisor confirmed that this policy is not in the credit card user agreement. This is fraud and false advertising.

"If I could give zero stars, I would... This company is a scam. No one is knowledgeable enough to understand and communicate situations. Do not get the card; the credit team is ineffective at addressing any concerns, and you will be charged additional interest even after completing the payments. They lack structure, and I regret the day I walked into one of these locations."

Do not get a credit card from them. Customer service does not know what they are doing. High interest rates. They try to keep you locked in for life, even when you pay off your balance. I do not know if my next step will need to be hiring a lawyer. Scammers.

I have a tier one credit score and I highly do not recommend getting the Victoria's Secret credit card. What they do is a scam. You could be one day late, pay your bill in full, and pay the $32.75 late fee, and then they charge you the next month because the bill was late. You paid a $32.75 late fee after the deadline. It's a domino effect; it's a bad company—stay away from it. You'll never get good credit with this place. I actually canceled the Victoria's Secret credit card and will be using my AMEX for further purchases. I highly recommend not using this credit card—they're thieves. I paid them $32.75 twice and a $52.63 late fee. They charged me another $32.75. Never before had I ever had to deal with such a situation. Basically, they were charging me for their interest payments and continuing them each month. It's totally a scam.

I encountered Comenity Capital through a credit card program with Academy Sports. I quickly realized that, in addition to committing fraud and being extremely predatory, they are a horribly unethical financial institution with no customer service. Avoid them at all costs.

Initially, I thought I would need ALPHAEON credit. Fortunately, I was able to pay the whole owed amount. Yet, I was charged $30 after making the payment for late payment fees. ALPHAEON Credit stated I should've made the first payment 2 days before I paid the whole amount. I told ALPHAEON, 1) I was not alerted to the payment due, 2) I couldn't pay as the vendor only disbursed the product the day I made the payment, 3) When I paid the total amount, their representative never mentioned the late fees. ALPHAEON disclosed my late fees days after my payment. I found ALPHAEON's practice dishonest and deceptive. A supervisor threatened me to "ruin" my credit if I didn't pay the late fees, which left me in disbelief upon hearing this. ALPHAEON acted unscrupulously and ruthlessly. I will never use this system again and I want to prevent others from using it in their best interest.

I have paid on the date my payment is due each month, yet I'm getting hit with $41 late fees for not paying by "5 pm" on the due date. Loft/Comenity, are you aware that midnight is when the date changes? You are reinventing the wheel so you can unfairly charge your members with late fees. This is an unfair practice, considering most people work until 5 pm and are not focused on your stringent rules during their workday. You are setting people, who are already struggling, up for failure. Your customer service is also subpar. Upon complaining via phone, your representative clearly hung up during our conversation. I recommend not doing business with Comenity or The Loft if they continue to support these practices. Terrible!

This is a terrible credit card. It requires a minimum of $25 to receive cash back. Also, I signed up to earn $15 in cash back by paying two cell phone bills with the card. That was in April, so I've paid for May, June, July, and August, but haven't received the cash back. Their website is terrible, too. It demands that I enter a challenge question every time, even though I'm using the same browser and I tell it to remember me. Also, every time I log in, the site wants me to connect my card to PayPal. I don't want to do that and don't have the option to skip that screen forever. Stay away from this credit card.

AAA Rewards Credit Card

The card has an unsatisfactory rewards system, and its customer service is unable to answer simple questions about the "cash back" card. I was promised a 4% reward return on AAA-related purchases for the first six months I used the card, but the telephone VISA AAA customer service representative knew nothing about this AAA-published 4% offer and denied that it existed.
I was also misinformed by AAA staff about what the 4% reward category included. The categories themselves are so vague that, for example, the 3% category does not include in the 4% reward category what it calls "dining-in" eating at fast food restaurants or establishments that categorize themselves as lounges, taverns, or bars, even though the one I dined at and spent a lot of money on was primarily a restaurant. There are other examples of these vague categories that reduce the "cash back" offer. How the cash is accrued is not at all transparent.
I still have to resolve why I was not awarded the 4% for the five hotel reservations made at the AAA office with the assistance of the travel adviser. I am very disappointed and will address my complaints to both VISA and AAA when I return home.
