Compensation doesn’t help when your calls/meetings drop constantly. Please reply and tell us how you’re fixing this.

@BillFromDaShore Oh Baltimore City has “high speed Internet” as in Xfinity charges us for high speeds and does not deliver them because they have a monopoly in the city and therefore no incentive to actually provide the service we’re paying for. It’s a big problem.

I imagine that the social media intern responsible for @GovCox social media accounts and a customer service representative for @Xfinity have a lot in common/to talk about. Everyday both have to put up with irate customers/constituents that are pissed off by their boss' idiocy.

@AvsRobin How is Disney+ so low at 2%? Seems like everyone I know has it, just saying I cut the cable when Comcast and altitude 1st started the blackout, doubled my internet speed, I stream everything, and my smart tv has internet channels as well, honestly, it better then cable ever was

It’s @Xfinity having a internet outage in the middle of my workday. Y’all got me all types of messed up right now. I can’t wait til 6:34pm as my job doesn’t revolve around when y’all get it fix. I have things to do and my data ain’t data-ing.😡

@Tochinoshin33 Don't know about Comcast specifically but there's typically a way to disable the light function. Try holding down the 🔆 Button until it blinks
