Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and managing cross functional, technology led, or product focused programs. Manages budgets and interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions. Manages program resource and budget allocation/integration. Manages schedule, budget, and tollgate process for NPI, requisition, or sustaining programs. Influences the programs to meet customer CTQs.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and minimum 8 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience working independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while based in your home office.
• Demonstrated experience working with and influencing team members to achieve mutual goals.
• Experience with large-scale project management requirements where deadlines are met on or ahead of schedule.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $187,680.00-$281,520.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circ*mstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
