Job Summary and Qualifications:
Our Emergency Department Nurse Residency is a paid program that will allow new graduates nurses to obtain specific training in the Emergency Department (ED) setting through an intensive 16 week orientation and then transition to a staff nurse role within the emergency department at one HealthONE hospital.
As an ED Nurse Resident:
You will enjoy meaningful learning opportunities and networking opportunities with your peers in a cohort setting
You will participate in a paid, 16 week orientation averaging up to 36 hours per week (days and shifts may vary throughout the 16 weeks).
After the 16 week orientation, support continues with monthly education seminars, assignment of a mentor who will meet with you regularly and completion of and presentation to leadership an evidence based resolution to improve your unit.
You will gain Registered Nurse experience in the Emergency Department setting
You will cultivate meaningful relationships and enjoy targeted learning opportunities with skilled ED nurses, preceptors, and mentors

June 24, 2024
Requirements:
You will need your current nursing degree (associates or bachelors) by the start date
You will need your active State of Kansas Registered Nurse license or compact Registered Nurse license by the start date
You must be flexible to work either day or night shift as the unit-specific needs vary
You must be flexible to commit to a full time Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Department setting with a HealthONE hospital for a two-year commitment period
For Wichita, KS applicants you need active BLS prior to start date.

Job Description:HCA is a seeking a full time PA or ARNP with Orthopaedic experience to join our team of dedicated professionals at HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital in beautiful Sarasota, Florida.
Qualified Candidates:
Must be board certified
Must hold or be able to obtain an active Florida Medical License prior to start
Be able to work various shifts between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, including weekends
Act as liaisons between our supervising doctors to the other medical providers on our patients case including the hospitalists, consulting teams as well as their family members, and OR scheduling office
Order pre op testing, appropriate daily testing including radiographs, labs, and urgent studies. We assist in booking operative cases
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with many different surgeons who follow different protocols
Perform bedside procedures including aspirations, injections, applications of splints, braces and casts, bedside I and Ds, as well as closed reductions
