I have never endeavored to do things like everyone else. And I don’t believe for a second you need to either. 😉 And those who resonate with me are also often outliers, disruptors and lone wolves who see beyond what has already been done and how it is done.I was told:Don’t write so many words no one will read themDon't email too much, sell too muchDon’t do hour long trainings no one watches themDon’t use your own lexicon no one knows what you're talking about.But-I refuse to believe my clients are ignorant and have the attention span of gnats and trust that when they prioritize something they CHOOSE it whole heartedly. My people understand. My people have always felt my work resonate in their body first.I have dozens of people tell me the exact opposite of what is common practice was magnetic for them,I was told:Don’t burn this business, it is working. You can’t just do a 180 like this. But I did it anyway because the old went directly against my soul.I didn’t want to speak to lower consciousness solutions anymore-I wanted to accelerate those who were ready to expand, who trusted themselves to do it and weren't afraid of their own power.I was told you can’t just tell people to move- That you need to be trauma informed, shift all of their beliefs, help them heal. When I knew this wasn’t true because I created and expanded in the most terrifying and chaotic time of my life, expanded 100 fold and I have helped hundreds of people shift in very precise and powerful ways beyond step by step processes or assuming they couldn’t handle the work or needed to be healed in order to do so.I was told that my work was too expensive, shockingly so, and that it wasn’t spiritual, too capitalistic, part of the problem etc.But I knew that actually my entire business path was a deeply spiritual one including owning my power, my value and my pricing.I was told I was in my “masculine” energy because I was creating so much ALL the time. But I didn’t listen and crafted my work as art, which today most people tell me that is why they invested with me because they could FEEL the experience with me and my consistency with my creative flow and energetic capacity.I was told you can’t just say your work is for “men”, this is exclusive. But I knew that beyond what my mind thought it was just the way it landed and have had the honor of mentoring and being the confidante of extraordinary individuals because of this brave and disruptive shift.Needless to say I don’t listen. 🤷♀️ And you don’t need to either.🔥 If you want to build something truly innovative, satisfying and directly sourced from the essence of your own Genius- then let's connect.#visionary #founder #CEO #legacy #consciousness#consciousCEO #personaltransformation #quantum #mentor #highperformance #metaphysics #seeker #disruptor #innerpower #advisor #metaphysics #leadership #balance #personalgrowth #familyoffice #tech #UHNW #billionaire #meditation #activation

I invested hundreds of hours and several thousands of dollars to learn and become certified by Dr. Joe Dispenza, one of the most sought-after speakers in the world. He teaches people how to look inward rather than outward to heal themselves and create a life they love using neuro-change solutions, which are science-backed techniques. There are less than 200 people in the world who are certified to teach his groundbreaking material, and I consider myself privileged to be one of them.Along my path and journey to be certified by him, I learned 9 of his insights that transformed my life (and can do the same for you):🌿➡︎ Today, 74% of adults experience chronic stress for about 70% of their lives. Scientifically, stress is known to directly alter genes and lead to illness. Stress stands as the primary trigger for disease.🌿➡︎ The only way we can change our lives is to change our energy — to change the electromagnetic field we are constantly broadcasting. In other words, to change our state of being, we have to change how we think and how we feel.🌿➡︎ The latest research supports the notion that we have a natural ability to change the brain and body by thought alone, so that it looks biologically like some future event has already happened. Because you can make thoughts more real than anything else, you can change who you are from brain cell to gene, given the right understanding🌿➡︎ Human beings, because of the size of the brain, can turn on the stress response just by thought alone. That means the brain doesn't know the difference between imagined stress and real physical stress.🌿➡︎ Meditating is also a means for you to move beyond your analytical mind so that you can access your subconscious mind. That's crucial, since the subconscious is where all your bad habits and behaviors that you want to change reside.🌿➡︎ We can become addicted to the feelings of stress in the same way we can become addicted to drugs. Suffering, anger, and poverty are some of those feelings. This is why it's hard to change habits through sheer willpower.🌿➡︎ When feelings become the means of thinking, or if we cannot think greater than how we feel, we can never change. To change is to think beyond how we feel. To change is to act beyond the familiar feelings of the memorized self.🌿➡︎To be empowered—to be free, to be unlimited, to be creative, to be a genius, to be divine—that is who you are. Once you feel this way, memorize this feeling; Remember this feeling. This is who you really are.🌿➡︎ Meditation moves you from: A victim: "I am suffering because of what they did to me." to A creator: "My thinking and feelings are causing the outcomes in my life."Follow Julie Hutchinson for more content and insights like this. MUSTurbation: Doing YYour Own CR*T in a Better WayCurrently, I was working with Timothy Y Panjaitan, Michael Albert Theojaya, Michael Christian Tangguh, Elaine Stacey Halim, Patricia Auriela, and mentored by Fernando Donovan & Michael Jose Ramlan. It was pleasure to have a cr*t journey with you guys, this writing I presented for you all who willing to have a deep shit with me, haha.Lemme begin with the old дeдушка. Socrates saw philosophy as a form of therapy for the mind, a way to heal and nurture our inner selves. Over time, this idea became widespread in Hellenistic philosophy, with the Stoics especially emphasizing it. For example, the Roman Stoic teacher Epictetus wrote “It is more necessary for the soul to be cured than the body, for it is better to die than to live badly” (Fragments, 32). One of the aligned moment on the stoic principles haved by Albert Ellis. He founded REBT, a psychotherapy model which works by challenging and changing clients' self-defeating beliefs and behaviors through rational analysis, cognitive reconstruction, and adopting more rational constructs; ultimately aiming to help individuals overcome mental obstacles and lead fulfilling lives.Imagine sitting in Albert Ellis's office, where he greets you with his Chapman, big smile, and fancy gestures, "Hi, tell me what's wrong". You'r crumbling a lot of things which said examplerly:1. "I must always say yes to others' requests, or they won't like me."2. "I must make everyone happy, even if it means sacrificing my own needs."3. "I must avoid conflict at all costs, or people will think poorly of me."4. "I must avoid challenging situations or confrontations, or I'll feel overwhelmed."5. "I must keep quiet about my feelings, or others will judge me."6. "I must ignore my problems, or they'll only get worse if I address them."7. "I must always excel in everything I do, or I'm a failure."8. "I must work tirelessly, even at the expense of my health and well-being, to prove my worth."9. "I must achieve all my goals quickly and flawlessly, or I'm not good enough."10. "I must adhere strictly to my plans and routines, or chaos will ensue."11. "I must analyze every situation exhaustively before making a decision, or I'll make a mistake."123456789. CR*TTTTTTTTTAlbert Ellis gonna said "You're a damn shit bruh"No, he don't wkwkwk. Only me gonna be said that, but the thing is, you are MUST-urbating. And its not gonna be pleasured climax with that. Does you want to be having a good one than a raped one by yourself?Rule number 1: There are not a must.Rule number 2: Never be a must.Rule number 3: You chooses you.#SCNB4 #StudentsCatalyst StudentsCatalystThe things that REBT or Rational Therapy gonna help you are seeking your hidden blindness of irrational thinking. By understanding them, realizing there are a lot "MUST-urbating" which sabotaged your souls, destructing it gradually, you will be doing a better CR*T of your life. And, you must not like this too!

It's fascinating to delve into the depths of our subconscious and unravel the intricate web of influences that shape our consumption habits. Renowned psychiatrist Carl Jung and others have shed light on the profound influence of the unconscious mind on our behavior and decisions, providing invaluable insights into the complex interplay between our psyche and behavior.Jung proposed the concept of the collective unconscious, a reservoir of shared, inherited experiences and symbols that shape human behavior and culture. Within this collective unconscious lie archetypes, universal symbols that are deeply rooted in our psyche and influence our perceptions and actions without us even realizing it. These archetypes often manifest themselves in our consumer choices, subtly guiding us towards certain products or experiences that resonate with our deeper desires and aspirations.Take the caregiver archetype, which reflects our innate longing for nurturing and well-being. As we grow up, we adopt the behaviors and attitudes of our caregivers, forming the blueprint for our own self-care rituals, including our eating habits. Sometimes, however, these learned behaviors can be harmful and perpetuate unhealthy habits that are passed down through generations. How often do we find ourselves reaching for the comfort food that our parents prepared for us in the early years of our lives when we were under stress?Breaking free from these ingrained patterns requires more than sheer "willpower", it requires a deep understanding of ourselves and our motivations. Jung said, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." To transform our habits, we must embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploring the depths of our unconscious motivations. In this quest for self-knowledge, introspection becomes our guide to illuminate the shadows of our 'hidden mind'. As we peel away the layers of conditioning and social influence, we reveal the truth about who we are and who we really want to be. Which deep-rooted beliefs would you like to leave right now? How do we fill our emotional voids? What else do we need to finally decide to move on?It's a journey full of challenges and revelations, but in every obstacle lies an opportunity for inner growth and transformation. Author Tony Robbins said, "The only limit to your impact is your imagination and your commitment." With self-awareness and an unwavering commitment to change, we can rewrite the script of our lives and make healthier choices that nourish not only our bodies, but also our minds and souls. The ancient philosopher Socrates proclaimed, "Know thyself." By cultivating a deeper understanding of our innermost selves, we can free ourselves from the shackles of unconscious patterns and embrace a life of conscious intentionality. -Wishing you an extraordinary week! 🙌

🤯 Did you know there's an identity structure that underlies your mindset which often has extreme ❌RESISTANCE❌ to actually having:✅ the HEALTH,✅ the HAPPINESS,✅ the BODY you desire?!Does that mean it has to be HARD, or even IMPOSSIBLE, for you to have the life you truly want?I know it doesn’t.Creating the “impossible” IS my expertise... I struggled with severe EATING disorders, daily physical PAIN from an untreatable genetic disorder, and rapid WEIGHT gain. For years I was stuck in oscillation - that pendulum swing we like to call "yo-yoing". And the harder I fought to escape that cycle, the more frustrated, hopeless and self-loathing I became.I bought ALL the programs and bounced back every time. And every time, I blamed and punished myself for failing. If any of that sounds similar to your experience (and you want to escape it) then you definitely want to read on...What I didn't know back then was that NO program was ever going to work for me to provide lasting results until I made one critical shift. A shift at the core IDENTITY level. All that time I'd been struggling against internal “resistance”.RESISTANCE goes deeper than just “mindset” - there's an identity structure that underlies your mindset. And your reality is a direct reflection of what your identity believes is available to you.So take a look at your life right now… That gives you huge insight into the IDENTITY you’ve been creating from - NOT your actual potential, nor the truth of who you are.Want a greater life? Want to taste and experience what it’s like to LIVE as your dream Self? Then you must create from a new identity. And I can train you to do just that - coaching and guiding you through, step-by-step.And I can make it EASIER for you than ever before by treating your internal resistance to the life you desire, in minutes…See, to cut my long story short, I learnt how to use the principles of Quantum Physics, Epigenetics, Neuroscience and structural dynamics to treat my internal resistance and transform MY core identity. Now, I live pain-free (that's freedom from physical AND mental-emotional pain) and I EAT whatever I want, whenever I want... And I'm having an unbelievable amount of fun living in my dream body.👇 Below is me extremely HAPPY, HEALTHY and in a BODY I absolutely love, at the wakepark (a sport I couldn't do in the past due to the painI used to have in my feet) 👇And that’s just to mention ONE area of my life… I’ve done this across ALL areas. ⚡I made the impossible INEVITABLE. And I can show you exactly how to do the same for yourself.❤️🔥 Do you want in? Do you want to live in #RadicalFreedom and achieve your #dreams? ❤️🔥Then I want to help you. But you must APPLY now. I truly only have a few spaces left and interviews are underway…Comment or DM me the word "READY". I'll guide you through the rest.Don’t keep saying NO to a #beautiful life and a beautiful #body.

How do you remove fear? 1). What's one small thing you already know is a "yes?". When you reconnect to your internal navigation, it's hard to start with large questions because they’re often complex and set with heavy expectations from our unconscious. Start small, remember what "yes" feels like.2). What is your fear trying to protect?Fear shields where interest lies. Fear is our unconscious expressing not what we don't want, but how much we want to keep what we do want, safe. When we don't know what we want, we can look to what we fear to guide us. You're afraid of rejection because connection is your desire. You're afraid of failure because validation is your desire. Let fear show you the opposite of what you want.3). What opportunities do you have now that you might not have again?Imagine your life in 10+ years, what opportunities would you be able to identify then that you might not be able to see now? What if you imagined it in the past? What were you hoping for, that is finally in front of you? When you don't know what you want, consider the fuller context of what your future, or past self, would want.4). What's most notable about other people's lives? What we find beautiful about someone else is often a facet of our own beauty we cannot see. What we dislike about someone, very often contains elements of the disassociated aspects of things we are also doing, but don't realise. What we find inspiring about someone is often not because what they have is so extraordinary, but because what they are doing seems within reach. People can act as mirrors for the pieces of ourselves we do not fully see yet.5). What makes your body shrink and expand?Where the brain can overlay narratives of what is right and wrong, the body has a greater wisdom. Our brain can lie to us, but the body cannot. Where our conscious mind fails us, our bodies step in. Get connected to your body's responses, where the "second brain" in your gut is speaking to you. You will find that there is a voice that doesn’t use words, but is connected to inner truth.6). What and who brings you closer to the person you want to be?The things that are in alignment for you are the ones that help support and foster a genuine sense of self-actualisation. They bring you closer to the person you want to be. Do you leave that meeting feeling inspired or annoyed? Does that commitment feel worth the sacrifice? Does it give you back in fulfilment more than it takes in effort? Instead of ‘what will this do for me’, think of, ‘who will this make me?’.7). In the simplest terms, what have you always wanted out of life? Our simplest wants are often closest to our truest ones. We overshoot, we grab pieces of the lives we think would be aspirational. We think that if what we want is not extraordinary, it’s not worthwhile. But it's this same mindset that keeps us from the little things that bring us the most meaning. When we think we need to go wider, we actually need to reach deeper.

Are you tired of struggling to break free from generational toxic relationship imprints? How are these affecting your relationship, emotional and mental well-being and abundance blueprint? Do you long to attract soul-aligned relationships and abundance but feel something is holding you back? This is for you The Path to True Transformation and Soul-Aligned Relationships requires deep honesty That’s the core foundation of intimacy and everything you desire to createI had a clarity call with a remarkable couple facing a challenging time sometimes ago Her fiancé had been diagnosed with cancer, and she was determined to support him through anything. As serious as this situation was, I approached it with my usual curiosity and excitement to see what insights the body would reveal. The moment I connected with the man, I received a clear message: He didn’t know why he was there and didn’t truly want to do this.🤔He was only participating to please his fiancé. Deep down, he had stopped fighting his illness and was ready to go.I couldn’t reveal this to them directly. Instead, I gently suggested they think it over and only book a call if he genuinely wanted to be there. I also advised the woman to focus on her own growth to support him better.A week later, he transitioned. Why am I sharing this with you,This heartbreaking story highlights a common issue: we often push our loved ones to transform without understanding their unique path… unfortunately this always hold you backYou cannot force someone’s transformation. Some of you have done a lot of mindset work, therapies, read lots of books but you still in toxic relationships, being intimate with the person you secretly resent, which clearly is how you secretly resent yourself🤞And then show up in your career or business expecting something different, really? 🤔 I’ve learned this the hard way, from my own experiences with an alcoholic partner. I realized I had to work on my issues with his behavior rather than trying to change him. Once I healed that part of myself, my attachment to his healing dissolved, and we both moved on.Transformation is a deeply personal journey. You must be ready for it, or no amount of effort or money will make a difference. Unlike others who might just take your money, I only work with those truly ready for change. Resistance blocks everything, and recognizing this is crucial for your extraordinary Embodiment If you’re ready to take responsibility for your transformation, book an introductory call to African Ancient Quantum Medicine https://lnkd.in/eRDGGtDZDuring our session, we will1. Get clarity on what you truly want, Identify your deepest soul desires2. Identify the core of your resistance, Understand what’s blocking you from achieving your dreams.3. Determine the steps needed to crystallise your desiresEmbrace the path to soul-aligned relationships and abundance.

There ya have it folks...Lends validity to the statement "takes one to know one!"The logic is simple...Just ask yourself, would an idiot do this?If the answer is no, then step past your primal instinct and just don't do it!Perhaps that is easier said than done. The emotional mind tends to kick into action more quickly than the rational mind. From a human developmental standpoint, it comprises an important part of our survival instinct. This intuition comes front and center when we need to quickly make decisions. Primal instinct is behind our innate ability to react to new potentially dangerous situations in the interest of self-preservation. Although humans still possess most of the instincts of our primal ancestors, other instincts have adapted and evolved, which override the older reactions. In our decision-making process, individuals are more likely to react in primal ways only in extreme situations. Decidedly slower, the intellectual mind adds a layer of rationale to the decision-making process. In life threatening situations, the extra moment it takes to rationalize in place of reacting can impact us negatively and be the difference between life and death. Conversely, in a situation where the individual is filled with negative emotion or self-doubt, taking the extra moment to rationalize can have a positive impact on life. In the long run, emotional health impacts physical health. It’s estimated that over 80% of health problems are stress-related reactions to challenges we face. How we handle stress affects our overall quality of life. “If your emotional abilities aren't in hand, if you don't have self-awareness, if you are not able to manage your distressing emotions, if you can't have empathy and have effective relationships, then no matter how smart you are, you are not going to get very far.” --Daniel GolemanWhile both IQ and EQ are important, a healthy balance between the two is ideal.he logic is simple...If you enjoy my posts, find them EDucational and can find in your heart to contribute to my grandsons cause it would be greatly appreciated. A FAMILIAR HELL…or….UNFAMILIAR HEAVEN?Embracing curiosity about the enigmatic realms within our subconscious is vital for mental well-being. Failure to explore this uncharted terrain can perpetuate a cycle of fear, loss, and confusion, trapping us within the confines of limited self-awareness. Psychologically, this aligns with Carl Jung's concept of the "shadow self," representing the concealed aspects of our psyche that, when left unexamined, contribute to internal discord. The journey into self-discovery becomes a profound odyssey when guided by a trained professional, such as a COACH. The ego, protective yet limiting, often resists delving into the depths of our subconscious. A COACH serves as a skilled navigator, adept at unraveling the intricacies of the mind. This therapeutic alliance corresponds to Jung's notion of the "self," the unification of conscious and unconscious elements, facilitated by an external guide.Daily struggles are often rooted in unexplored aspects of the subconscious. A COACH, employing SOMATIC and other many various techniques, assists in navigating these complexities, fostering a deeper understanding of oneself. The ego's resistance to change can impede self-discovery, making the role of a professional guide indispensable.Neurologically, the therapeutic relationship fosters oxytocin release, establishing trust and connection. Having a supportive guide amplifies the courage to confront the shadows, making the journey less daunting. Collaboration with a trained professional becomes the bridge between conscious and subconscious realms, offering profound insights and catalyzing transformative personal evolution.Lets have a chat and I can assure you, it will be time well spent. https://lnkd.in/eFRZYMivI look forward to meeting you,Lyndsay.
