How do I cancel/ change my order?
Sadly we are not able to cancel/edit any orders once they have been paid. Our warehouse is operating automatedto guarantee fast and error free shipping. However, you can exchange, or return any itemusing our returns center.
How do I return/ exchange an item?

What if I need to change my address?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes to your address anymore. If you made a mistake, or the the delivery was unsuccessful, please let us know.We can resend your parcelwhen it comes back to our warehouse.

If this happens, please contact our customer service a support@staycoldapparel.com. We need your order number (#12345), a photo of the defective item and a description of the issue. If you received the wrong item, we also need a photo of the barcode on the bag of the product.

You can see that he is a free spirit not your typical designer; he's a creator at heart and blood, an individual who doesn't conform to the fast fashion grind.
"My mother, a fashion designer herself pushed me into art from the very beginning. I always had an inner ambition that drove me to do creative things. I love to build things up. I painted a lot as a kid."
I started 'Stay Cold Apparel' to be able to express my creativity and make a living out of it. I wanted to bring quality and character back into streetwear while creating highquality, resistant and durable clothing . I had to build a brand which aligns with my kind of style, my sense of aesthetics, and also reflects my cultural background.
