Chapter 5 Season 4 Battle Pass, Skins And Cosmetics

We’re expecting this new season to be another Marvel collaboration, so expect plenty of exciting Marvel cosmetics to feature in the Battle Pass.

The new Battle Pass will follow a similar format, costing 950 V-Bucks for the Premium Battle Pass; giving players access to over 100 tiers of rewards. This is compared to the free one, which has significantly fewer rewards).

As usual, there will be unique skins in the Pass related to the new theme, with style variations and many other cosmetics including sprays, emotes, back blings, pickaxes and much more. There will also be 1500 V-Bucks for you to earn!

Chapter 6 Season 4 Theme, Collaborations And Lore

No skins have been confirmed yet, but the recently leaked Roadmap clearly shows Dr Doom causing trouble.

Almost every season features a new collaboration of some kind – last year featured Fallout quite heavily.

Chapter 5 Season 4 Map

The map will also receive an update.

Usually this is subtle changes to POIs and in some cases some POIs being completely changed.

NPCs are also usually added to fit the theme of the new season – so expect some Marvel superheroes to appear on the island.

Until we can understand the new theme for this season, it’s difficult to say what new weapons will or won’t be vaulted, likewise any that may or may not be unvaulted.

UI Changes

A ‘minimal lobby’ is being worked on in Fortnite, coming in Q4.

It’s designed to get players into the game.

Fortnite is working on a “Minimal Lobby” feature, set to be released in Q4 of 2024:

“Reducing the size of the Fortnite download to make it faster for players to make it into Fortnite”
